Raw Data
There is a lot that you cannot do with the data on this site. Much as I would love to I cannot let you have free access to the web server to run your own queries. Some simply take too much time and to allow others would leave the door open to hackers.
From your emails it is clear that many of you want to do more. So here I have the raw data for download. This is not for the casual browser. Using this data will require some setting up in a database. The files here are too large to be opened in a spreadsheet.
Having said that any old database will do. I use MySQL but have included Access database below. All of these files are compressed. All can be opened with the free and excellent Zip Genius program for windows. Most Linux distros will handle them out of the box. Also calculated MD5sums.
CSV Data
All of the tables in CSV format. tgz and tar.bz2 files should work with most unzipping programs. About 14Mb of download

SQL Format
Data from a direct dump of the database. Should recreate the whole database if you are using MySQL (you will need to create an empty database first). I asked it to make the dump ansi compatible so it may well work with other database engines. For 2007 and 2008 the csv files contain SQL information also (see above)

Microsoft Access Database
I cannot claim to be any expert on Access. All of the 2005/6 and 2007/8 data and all but Wales for 2006/7 is imported, suitable indexes set up and relationships between the tables entered. Queries, reports and forms are up to you! This is a very big file.
